Cost for course £20 – please pay in CASH on the day or by cheque made payable to N E Day

I can issue a receipt on the day to show to your Group

The course we run for the Scout Leaders is a standard one day First Aid course, which has been tailored to the needs of scouting. It includes all of the normal topics plus the following:

Paediatric CPR

Epi Pen Training

Defib Training

First Aid rules in the Scout association

The use and design of medical forms.

There is an optional extra where candidates can receive a nationally recognised certificate in Emergency First Aid at Work for only £10 extra. This certificate is registered with Ofqual and meets all of the requirements of the HSE. Thus, it covers individuals as a first aider in their workplace. To obtain this, no extra work is required, there is just a £10 additional fee that goes to the awarding body to pay for the certificate. We do not need to know who wants this in advance, candidates can decide and pay on the day

Please arrive by 8:45 am to register and pay (bring emergency contact number with you)

Tea/coffee will be available all day

Bring a packed lunch – there are no food shops close by

Uniform is not required – wear clothes you’re happy to lie on the floor in.

This is a course run by fellow Scouters – so have fun

Joint Training between RK, Wimbledon and Richmond District
